Thank you Teresa, Jon, and the rest of the CBI team for this thoughtful and goosebump enducing video. I found a lot of the points Teresa touched on very useful and plan to actively apply them to my writing and creative habits. One thing that I've found has helped me immensely in certain projects is a little bit of time away from piece of work. It was difficult initially for me to allow myself leisure time because, frankly, I always wanted to work on the book or next project. But when I started allotting time to spend with friends, family, exercise and enjoy my other hobbies, I felt my abilities grow almost instantaneously.
Thanks again.

Kyle, thank you for your very kind comments. I'm thrilled you liked the video and hope it continues to inspire. I'm also glad you have already learned something that takes many writers years to learn . . . that in order to be good writers, we can't just hunker down in our offices, we have to take time away from the work to live and experience and learn. We have to feed our souls in order to feed our creativity.
