Can’t seem to get the sound going:( I’ve checked everything on my end.
Sound worked fine for me. Thanks so much for this insightful video, Teresa. Have a wonderful Christmas. The first draft being finished is a huge accomplishment. The next phase is really important – let it sit, then come back and read it again. Often this ‘down time’ for the novel gives my mind more time to really get to know the characters and what I am trying to say.
As you said in the beginning of the video, the question should always be How Long Does It Take To Write A GOOD Book.
This video was very helpful. Thank you so much!
Fantastic video! Thanks for helping me take a realistic long view of the road to writing and becoming published.
Glad you liked the video. Aspirations are always high in January, and it IS a good time to set a goal to complete a book, but remember that reaching a goal can take a zig zag path or may take longer than you’d hoped , and that’s okay. What matters is that you wind up with a book you are proud of in the end! I have no doubt you will!
Is there a way to post a transcript for videos? I am hearing impaired and prefer to read advise.
Thank-you for the great advice. I will watch it again, to make sure I have those words embedded into my head. Along with, not giving up.
Thank you for a great suggestion on transcripts of the video. I’ll give that some thought. And thanks to all for the comments. Hope you are busy writing!
